Excellent job, experienced

This was by far the best deal in town on a fence. They have apparently been doing this a while, judging from the quality of the work. They did a beautiful job on a hilly area, then were able to get the fence through a wooded area. The fence is beautiful! Glad we used this company.

Honest, knowledgable and on time

We highly recommend this plumber. The phone staff was very curteous, and was able to give us a quote on my first call. The rate was very reasonable. The plumber showed up on time and was very knowledgable, he even answered all our questions. The job was completed in just minutes!

Scott did an incredible job on the drywall at our house- he went above and beyond at a very reasonable price. The ceiling looks like new!! We will definately call him next time we need drywall repair!

Horrific experience- avoid at all cost

had a horrific experience with this firm. Did not provide HUD statement or closing costs until a couple hours before closing. After signing the paperwork, the atty said she would be right back to complete the transaction, however, she left us in a conference room for an hour and NEVER came back. It is a secure building, we tried to leave but the alarms sounded when we tried to open the door (wouldn't unlock). We called and had several people in the firm trying to "track her down"- no one could find her or get through by phone. I have a feeling she left for lunch break and forgot us. We finally had someone let us out, and we went to the front and left our phone # before leaving, but never a return call. I'm not sure our loan even closed. This is a very unprofessional group. The auction/ foreclosure sales will lead you to believe you have to use them but you do have a choice. Please go anywhere else

BEWARE! False advertising

I only went here for the $5 off jump session advertised in the savvy shopper. Once arriving the lady said my son was not old enough to use the coupon (he's almost 3). I asked if it could be applied, or if we could be charged for a bigger kid to use the coupon. She laughed and said do you really think we are only going to charge you a dollar and change to jump. I told her that there are places that do that to increase customer base. She just laughed and said she will not take the coupon. The coupon does not have any restrictions- they should not publish coupons if they don't want people to use them. We were in the process of finding a good jump place for my son- they definately lost my business and the business of my playgroup. Don't waste your time here, and don't bother using a coupon.

Unhappy

I had a mole removed that showed signs of pre-cancer. I had to have a large area of skin removed and stitched. The receptionist had scheduled a certain day I had to come back, she said if I came back later than that date that the stitches may be in too long and cause scarring, so I scheduled for that date. The receptionist called back and said they would have to move my appt a few days later. I told her I would rather not if it will cause scarring. She said Dr Cole had scheduled a vacation and would not be able to do it on the original scheduled date. She told me it would be OK and it should not scar. Well, it has been a couple years and I still have a scar and stitch marks. I go to another derm now who said this could have been prevented. My new derm will have to re-open the cut and re-stitch to resolve this. The other issue I have is that she wants to do a visual exam of moles, she will tell you which need to be removed, then you have to re-schedule to come back for removal. Most derms will remove them on the spot. She also tried to sell me on the $3,000 laser facial treatment- I was able to find a better laser treatment for less$$

This company was able to give me a quote over the phone and had a technician out the same day. The technician was very friendly and was a master technician, he knew what he was doing. We will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Don't waste your time

Over a 4 day period I called this company and spoke w/ the receptionist at least 3-4 times per day. All I wanted was a quote on a plumbing job. She always apologized and promised a prompt call from a plumber. After 4 days of this, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment, but the plumber never showed up. The receptionist could not get a hold of him, so she gave me his cell#. I called and left a couple messages but no return call. I wasted 4 days with a company that does not want my business. I called another plumber that day and was able to get a quote on the phone and a plumber was at my house the same day. I you don't have time to waste, I recommend calling someone else

The owners are so friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The girls were on time, very honest and professional. The owner came back after the job was done to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will never use another cleaning service!
