Really enjoyed it

My wife and I were clients of Above All for almost a year and really liked the service we received from Gary. Being 170# and 6' was too thin and not where I wanted to be. My goal was to gain muscle and weight and look better. After a few months I was already gaining weight and lifting more than I had ever before. We have since srtopped going but not due to quality of service only due to my wife leaving town for several months due to business. If past or current clients cant give a review then who can you rely on?

Good work lousy Customer Service

I had a refrigerant leak in my system and asked Shriver to come out and repair it where others couldn't find it. They did good work and the system still runs fine. One big problem though. The repairman managed to knock the condensate drain loose by putting some left over flex duct on top of it and didnt put it back in place. 2 days later we had a lot of water damage in the walls of a bed room and the living room directly beneath the drain line. They sent over a guy to see the dmamage and then a contractor to get an estimate. That was the last I heard from them regarding the damage. Shriver called me a month later wanting me to pay the bill and I told them I wouldnt because the damage wasn't repaired. The accountant was going to look into this and never called back either. This was last summer and still have yet to hear from them. Finally, $600 later, I paid a contractor to come out and repair the damages with no help from Shriver. I would have used them again but not if they dont take responsibility for their actions.

Great Service

After speaking with ACCu Care on the phone and telling them my dilemma they were more than happy to help me out and went above and beyond what most carpet installers would have done. They came and installed carpet in my house with padding and did a phenominal job. We are planning on replacing the carpet in the 2nd floor of our house and will be using them again for that service. We havent scheduled the carpet cleaning service but im sure the service will be just as impressive. Thanks again
