Extremely friendly staff (everyone we encountered). Internet access is not complimentary though. (If the cheap hotels offer it free, why don't the nice hotels)? Very well sound-proofed rooms. Even from the 2nd floor during a very loud convention, we couldn't really hear anything outside the room.

best bargain

This is the best pizza out there if you're on a budget. $5 pepperoni pizzas, no coupons needed. I do wish the breadsticks had a more pronounced garlic/butter/parmesan topping though, like they used to in years gone by.

friendly

A very friendly and professional staff. Bakery does incredible work with cakes. Sandwich shop service is not so good. Beer/Wine selection is quite good. Produce section is sometimes neglected. Overall though, a very good place.

always a problem

We've used this shop 2 or 3 times for shoe repairs and each time there is some kind of problem. They're never done on time (sometimes a week or more late). The price is generally quoted verbally and tends to change by the time you pick it up. As far as shoes go, they appear to often be shoved in a box/pile of other shoes until they are worked on. Overall it's inconsistent and unpredictable.

great loan rates

No one could beat their new car loan rates. What they lack in features is well more than made up for in value.

bogus

They seem to be trained to look for loop holes your home warranty company can use to deny you coverage for major repairs. (Minor repairs were done wonderfully in the past). Most recent call brought us a tech with little professionalism in his manner, poor communication skills, sloppy work partially reassembling unit, and the icing on the cake was when he scraped the mud from his shoes off on the deck right in front of me.

Very very good selection of beer and wine available. Dedicated wine staff. Beer selection includes numerous hard to find imports and microbrews.

None of my other banks could beat ACU's auto loan rates.

service not so good

good selection, but service is usually lacking and half the movies are scratched (and they always claim they are out of disc cleaner), staff often seems to have attitude or is apathetic
