Will not be using

I had Home Energy to my house to review several cold areas. They viewed the areas then gave a quote. I had another firm come over--pulled back insulation and found specific reason for cold--cost me a lot less to fix the problem. I felt Home Energy did not take the time to investigate my concerns, but wanted to "sell."

Would not return multiple calls

Had problem with plumbing they installed, resulting in significant property damage. Would not return multiple calls. Would never use them again.

Wonderful people, great service!!

I had a plumbing emergency today and Superior came right out, on time and were very pleasant. They repaired my plumbing problem and their price was very fair. A special thanks to Brandon--who was just stellar. Thanks Superior--I plan to use you for all my plumbing needs going forward. I guve you "six" stars!!!!

Bad value for the money

Too many times to this shop for them to still get the repairs NOT done correctly. Car was damaged in their possession. Quality control terrible. Did not seem to care about problems, delays and frustrations they caused me. Will never go back to these folks.

Great company until claim

I went with AMICA on my new house, two cars and umbrella. When I was hit by a several tornado last year AMICA handled my roof claim flawlessly. However, when I got my renewal they increased my homeowner premium by approximatley 41%. I spent numerous hours with them trying to understand this penalty (already taking a $2500 deductible) but they could not answer my questions. They caused me to shop my homeowners, auto and umbrella. I moved to a wonderful company while saving a tremendous amount of money--which was not my motivating factor. I just felt that they did not want to hear about my concerns. While they did not seem to care to lose me, they asked if they could call me next year to see if I was interested in them. So much for loyalty.

Wouldn't feel safe with any other alarm installer!

These guys rock!!! They are courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They came in, fixed the problems caused by my prior installer, and end result is a more robust and truly effective system. If I was a burglar I would stay away from their installs!!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Awesome company--thanks Gary and TJ!!!!!

Buyer beware

Had several problems with this company. Their central station has not asked for passwords during calls, will not ackknowledge contract cancellation, and billing errors on their part. I am not going to waste my time with BBB but have already started discussions with the attorney general office of both GA and TN. Company came across as very caring but they have earned the right to lose my business.

Terrible service--I recommend avoiding this firm

This firm manages our community. They never return phone calls--how can they as they never answer. Trying to get someone "live" is harder than reaching the Pope. They do not respond to written inquiries--yet they share your correspondance with others. I have had other HOA management firms before but these folks are the worst I have ever dealt with. Our community plans to get rid of them shortly.

Best home inspector ever!

These guys are FANTASTIC. I have a new house and hired them for my one year punchout. My only regret is that I did not find them BEFORE I purchased my house. They found significant code violations--problems with structure; life safety; water leaks; insulation problems; broken trusses and fire hazards. They were at my house for 5.5 hours and were very informative throughout the entire process. Do not make the mistake and take a realtor's advice on an inspector--these guys will tell you the facts straight up--even if it means walking from the property. They are very independent and trustworthy. I am going to have them back once the builder states that the problems are corrected. Thank you so much Medallion as you saved me thousands of dollars which I would have incurred if I had not had your services. NOTE: I did have an inspection prior to closing but the quality of that inspection company was pathetic. That one was a waste of my time and money--I felt he was protecting his realtor's commission. These guys don't play that game.

Excellent roofing company; they take pride

Ron runs a very honest and well-run business. Terry was very helpful in helping me select the shingles, made suggestions to me on roofing options; and followed through with the job til the end. I am in a new house and had a lot of stress from hail damage but Terry and Ron took personal interest in making sure I was treated correct. I not only would use them again but have recommended them to others based upon their work product. Finally, I had a very tough home inspector at my house to inspect Superior's roof and they did not find one single issue with the roof job! Ron and Terry--thanks for your hard work.
