ok service.....

i was very optimistic ab. this service, however after four cleaners, i am going to have to go w. someone else... the first one was just bad, so Anna offered me another cleaner, fine, she was great, but then left the co., then my third cleaner was just ok, and i was then told by anna that she was coming to do the cleaning, and another cleaner showed up who did a so-so job without even a phone call from anna, and after they missed a week when they were supposed to come and clean... sorry, disappointed.

doc ok, but customer service needs work...

i have been going to this doc for four years, and he listens well, sometimes... he has also written me the wrong script three times now, this last time, because i didn't catch the error prior to having it filled was 100 doll. out of my pocket, which they told me was not their problem... i'm out... they are also understaffed... >
