Terrible installers, do not warranty work

Dented my new hardwood floor, left my home unlocked and carpets needed stretching after two months. On asking to have the carpets stretched they pretty much laughed at me when I expected it to be done for free. It is another $500+ dollars.. great. The guy I hired to do the stretching said they were installed wrong and was amazed Excel Carpets would not do it for free. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in Atlanta - far from what these reviews led me to expect
