do excellent framing
I took an old print that belonged to my parents here to University Frame Shop. They did a wonderful job in restoring it first and then framing it. I would recommend them to anyone.

enjoyable
Circa 1886 has excellent food. It's a must to do the four course menu. It's elegant, subdued decor. Only thing I noticed and didn't like - the staff could be better trained, seemed a bit clumsy if you know what I mean.

ate at SNOB's
Locals refer to this restaurant as "SNOB". They have a unique open kitchen so you can sit and watch as they prepare your food. I wanted a table closer in, but it was crowded so we took what we could get. My wife's salmon came plated w/ perfectly cooked asparagus, and underneath the fish, a delicate mushroom crepe. Very good, I tried a bite. I just love good shrimp and grits and at SNOB there's more meat and flavor than grits, which is a good thing. All in all, it was a nice, relaxing time and you will not be disappointed.

like the movie - you can have shrimp various ways
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co Restaurant & Market is a nice restaurant. We had to stop just because of the name alone due to the move "Forrest Gump". Yes, just like the movie they know 1,000's of ways to fix shrimp. But being in Charleston the low country I had to try the shrimp and grits - excellent!

quality furniture
Recently while looking for a new couch we drove here after a recommendation. I feel Woodworks Furniture & Sofas has your best choice for stylish, quality furniture in this area. We ended up coming back the second time and buying the sofa we liked a couple weeks prior. There was no comparing!
