Repeat customer

This is my second time using this company and won't probably be the last. They are so professional, friendly and quick. On both occassions, Rico and the other gentelman were in and out in no time. Look no further for your moving needs.

Beware

We recently used VM to purchased our first home. Although we got the loan, we had know clue what was going on throughout the entire process even though we were constantly acquiring. The average time for a response was completely unacceptable. For an example, my orginal closing cost (GFE) was $983. Two mins prior to entering the attorny's office to sign closing docs., we learned via phone call that our closing cost were now $3264!!!! A whopping 3xs more than expected. I know a GFE is an estimate, but come on! To make matters worse, I called their office first thing that morning to check on the closing cost and of course, no one returned my call. To this date, no one has explained to me why my DH and I were not notified until 2 mins before. Rather than the VP correcting or explaining the situation, he covered for his team inability to keep thier customers informed. I understand things happen, (esp. in the market today)and I'm sure there was a good reason for the sudden change. However, surely someone could have notified us about the huge difference in closing cost. That ruined the entire day for us.
