Good quick work
I called this company after another appliance repair place told me several times they would show and never did. A1 came out the next day. They didn't have the parts and needed to order them and said they'd be out the next day to fix to appliance. They gave a time frame, but never showed. We called and found the parts weren't in yet, they forgot to call and let us know. They did come out the following Monday, at the said time and finished the repair. The tech was very nice and professional. Their rates are very good. I do recommend them, just make sure to call and verify if they need to come back.

Great place
We've been here several times for open play, and recently had a birthday party there. They did a great job with the party and all the kids had a great time. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but overall still worth it.

Outstanding
I have dealt with my cust service rep, the billing dept, the pharmacist, and the nurses and each and everyone at Coram is outstanding. They realize that if a patient is needing home nursing, the importance of making the entire process less stressful. The nurses are exceptional. I highly recommend Coram for any home health care needs.

Avoid if possible, unless you want horrible servic
I am amazed they can still be in business. Myself, 2 other adults and 2 children just returned from what was suppose to be a BIRTHDAY lunch for my son, into a joke of a lunch. 1 hour later we left with the adults food in carry out containers and a new sandwich for my son because they decided that he was done and took his plate before he was even finished, without asking. He is 5. They did bring the kids food promptly, a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of green beans and sweet potatoes, but the adults food of a pork sandwich, a ham sandwich and fried mushrooms... well, an hour later were brought to the table after my insistence. I spoke to the manager, who apparently does not understand the meaning of customer service, and all I heard was they have been so slow, laid people off and today were really busy, and he could not explain why others around us who were seated at the same time, were already done with their meals. His form of apology...a free desert. Um, no thank you. 2 of the adults had to get back to work. They did comp 1/2 the bill, but it should have been all the bill. We really should not have paid the bill, but I did not want to ruin my sons 5th birthday lunch anymore then it was. We paid 23.20 for food we have to eat at the office and is cold by the time we got back to work. Let me say that we have gone here many times and service is always slow to a point. I still havent a clue why they can't figure out a faster method to making sandwiches. Thanks for nothing!

Great daycare
We've been with this center 3 years and have been very happy. If any concerns arise, the owner is prompt at addressing any and all concerns. The director is wonderful and willing to work with you. The private pre-k lead teacher...well, we can't speak highly enough about her and her abilities with teaching the kids. My child will go off to kindergarten very prepared. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Lost my potential business because of cust service
In an effort to check out local places while we work, I sent grandma with 1 son in tow to this daycare. The only woman working in the front was in an office on the phone. After waiting 10 mins without EVER being acknowledged, grandma decided to leave and stated so to my son in tow. The woman, who apparently overheard, finally decided to let grandma know she was paying attention. I am told she is older in nature, leaned out of the door and as rudely as possible, said "I'm on the phone with a parent and you are next in line". As if grandma was a bother. I can tell you that grandma is a sweet lady and would not have provoked such a rude response.
She never acknowledged her and when she did, she wasn't pleasant. I called, and was told the owner was not there. I will call tomorrow and discuss this, however, because of this woman, I WILL NOT BRING my 2 sons there for care. There are plenty of other places to choose from and will gladly accept my money. If they treat potential customers this way, how do they treat the children?

Won't take my kids anywhere else
I went here for the first time in October with my 4 year old son, who before we even got to the door, had managed to run away screaming. As soon as we walked in, on the floor he went. The staff assured me that most kids don't ever want to leave and they could bet my son would be the same. Well, they were right. He ended up throwing himself on the floor in a tantrum because we had to leave. For several weeks after the visit he asked me to take him back so he could play. The doctor was great and so was each of the staff. Can't speak highly enough!

First experience and left happy
Today I had my first experience with Suwanee Dental with Dr. Williams. I called at 11am and was able to get in the same day...how nice was that. When I arrived, the staff were all so friendly and my wait time was not long at all. I was there to see if I had a certain problem and after a very through discussion, he believes my problem is something else. He took time to explain things and I felt extremely comfortable with the care I received. Being I am new to the area, it seems the pricing could be (could) a bit on the higher side of things, however, I don't think you can put a price on excellent care. However, I could be wrong with my idea of pricing as the pricing from where I am from was always much cheaper then what GA rates are. I was willing to pay for what insurance would not cover.
So far, after 1 visit, I would recommend to others and I plan to be a patient.

Dunwoody location, not so good, Alpharetta is good
Where to begin... No problem getting my toddler in for sick visits, however, my newborn has/was a different story. Just this past Saturday I called because my 13 week old son had bowel problems and I asked if I could speak with a doctor or nurse and I was told "you have to call children's healthcare of Atlanta. We only take sick patients, like strep on Saturdays". I wasn't trying to get my son in, just wanted to know what I could give him for relief. This was the last straw. When he was 8 days old I was refused an appt for my jaundice concern and was told to wait the 2 days until the appt I had scheduled, then this past August, I had to cancel his 2 month appt because I was sick and when I went to reschedule, I was told it would be 4 weeks for the soonest appt. The exact words were "you had an appt and you choose to cancel it". I witnessed as I sat there a lady being put in her place for coming in to schedule an appt. This all occured at the Dunwoody office.
I have switched to the Alpharetta office and am very pleased with the office staff and doc at this location.
