Thank God there are other plumbers in town!
Mr. Caesar, the president, would rather spend time arguing about the adequacy of his minimalist interpretation of his obligation than actually do the work. At least on five issues he spent more time arguing that the way I wanted something done was impossible to do than it took the next plumber to actually do them! Example: He argued with me over 30 min. that there was no other place to put a hose bibb other than where he had put it: right over stairs where it was a trip hazard. The next plumber put it on the back wall where it was supposed to be using a flexible copper pipe in 15 min. The other examples are just as ridiculous. Asked to install a gas line stub for a future gas grill, he put a tee in the gas line in the basement. He insisted that specifying that the line was for a grill, did not mean that the stub had to go outside the house. He failed the rough inspection two times and never passed the gas line inspection.

There are Other Plumbers in Town--Thank God.
Ernesto Ceasar, the president, would rather spend time arguing about his minimalist interpretation of his obligations than actually do the work. At least on five issues he spent more time arguing that the way I wanted something done was either impossible or against code than it took the next plumber I hired to actually do them! All of those things passed inspection even after I pointed them out to the inspector. Example: he insisted that there was no other place to put an outside hose bibb other than right over the patio stairs where it was a trip hazard. It took the next plumber less than fifteen minutes to put it against the back wall using a flexible copper pipe. The other examples are just as ridiculous.
Asked to install a gas line stub for a future gas grill, he put a tee in the gas line in the basement. He insisted that I had not specified that the gas grill was to go outside the house.
He failed the rough phase plumbing inspection two times and never passed the gas line inspection--there were 11 gas leaks according the person I hired to finish the job.
Mr. Ceasar is no value plumber. It was the highest bid I had. I ended up paying him $17,600 just to rough plumb my house! I paid the next plumber $5000 and the HVAC guys $1210 to correct and finish just the rough phase and gas line.

Nothing The Rainharvest Company installed works
They installed a rain reclamation and grey water system. It's been disastrous. My hardwood floors have been flooded twice. Mr. Morgan has not responded to my calls/letter. Having spent over $16000 on this, I have not saved an drop of water and am still trying to figure out how to deal with the mess he has left in my house.

Good service, great product
Gerry Kilgore is a great guy who does what he promises. The solar hot water system he installed eliminates most of our water heating costs and he has been back to service it for free.
Highly recommended.

Answers the Phone & Does What he Says!
Durante is great. I have used him several times and I have always gotten exactly what he told me he would give me.
How refreshing!

Have the Decency to Return Calls
Having verbally agreed to install a geothermal system for me, these people decided they didn't want to do it right about when the work was about to begin. That's fine, except that they wouldn't pick up the phone to tell me they have changed their minds. I called and called for several weeks to schedule the job only be told that the person I was dealing with was not in. I would leave messages and not get a call back. Had they had the decency to pick up the phone and say they didn't want to do the job, they would have not only saved me a couple of weeks of just waiting, but all the other sub-contractors on the job who had to reschedule because of the delay Anchor's sudden change of mind caused.
I finally hired another company (Coolray) which did a great job, for about 55% of the cost I had agreed to with Anchor. I would definitely not recommend these people.

Watch Out
These guys will try to cut every corner they possibly can. For example, they used hemp even though our contract specified pine, forcing me to have to double up on the rafter at huge expense. There are many more examples.
