WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and insulting sales/management department. I have also never been spoken to so rudely in my life. My husband and I went in to trade our cars for a CRV and could not believe what a horrible deal they tried to give us. Then when we stated the much better offer that had been made to us at another dealer, the so-called "floor manager" proceeded to raise his voice, accuse us of lying, try to argue, and treat us as if we were completely ignorant. He also stated that he could “beat us at poker,” which I assume was his way of saying he could screw us over. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, especially from someone in sales, or a manager. I asked to speak to a manager above him, and this "manager" was almost as unprofessional, in his jeans/ white T-shirt/baseball cap, plus the fact that he seemed to not honestly care what I was saying. I would never by a car from this dealership no matter what deal they gave me. I am appalled that they have such unprofessional and rude people working at this dealership. NEVER BUY FROM WILLETT HONDA!!

Great Place for Alterations

I have been taking my clothes to Kim for years now and she is wonderful! I am not sure why the other reviewer had such a problem. Kim has always done a great job with all of my clothing, from suits to casual pants. Kim is so friendly and accomodating. When I moved further from her shop, I would drive 35 minutes out of my way just to take my clothing to her. I highly recommend this business.
