Robert is prompt, professional, and does awesome work. He's a friendly guy and I'd recommend him to anyone needing tiling work. He showed up right on time. It's been my experience with other services (not Robert) that oftentimes a scheduled time is more of a very rough estimate. Robert showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled.
