Tim Kassa is a nice guy. He did a nice job at a price that was reasonable. I had been searching for someone to do a few jobs on a house I was about to move into. One of the toughest things to find in this town are reliable and honest contractors. People who show up when scheduled, and perform the tasks as requested. Tim proved to be that person. I was looking for a contractor to do a bath remodel for me. I received several quotes from others. His quote was right in the ballpark, and something said to give him a try. I was very pleased with the completed project. Chris is professional, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable. He knows his craft and is not afraid to turn down a job that is beyond his capability.
