BEST AGENTS IN ATLANTA!
After our daughter was born, we realized that our home just didn’t have the space we needed. Our past experiences with real estate agents were less than stellar, so we decided we would only use an agent that a friend or family member recommended. Lesley and Andy came highly touted from my sister and her husband, who had bought a home through the Peters last year. After our first meeting with Andy and Lesley, we were confident that they could get us where we wanted to be. Within 60 days of listing with them, we had a firm contract on our old home, at a price that we were more than comfortable with. Shortly thereafter, Lesley and Andy negotiated a fantastic price on a beautiful new construction home for us- at more than $200,000 below the appraisal value! Throughout the entire process, the Peters were professional, understanding, extremely knowledgeable of the current market and, most importantly, determined to get the result WE were looking for. Any question or concern we voiced was responded to within minutes. They were always available, regardless the time of day. We have nothing but praise for the work and effort they put into helping us. I would recommend the Peters to my grandmother if she were looking to list her home- I have that much trust and confidence in Andy and Lesley. Thanks to you both for everything!

Great Service Technician
Our furnace went out late on a Saturday evening in the coldest part of January. I thought I could fix it myself, but 5 hours later, it was 4am and we still had no heat. My wife and 3 month old daughter were huddled in the bedroom with our dogs and a space heater. I called Estes that morning around 6:30am, and within an hour received a call back from their service tech on call that day, Darren Pace. I was expecting to be told he could get to my house sometime between the hours of 9am to 5pm, like you always get from the cable company or any other repair service. I did not get that with Estes. Darren told me he would give me a call as soon as he was leaving his next job with a heads up on when he would be at our house. Within an hour, he was in our basement talking me through the process as he fixed our furnace. He even encouraged me to watch how it was done, so my family would not be out in the cold if and when we had a similar problem. This was the first time I have used Estes, and I would not hesitate to contact them next time I am having a heating/air conditioning issue. Thank you Estes, and thank you Darren. If all of your employees are like Darren Pace, I have no doubt you will be around for many more years to come.
