I spoke with several companies before I contacted David. My agent recommended him. I knew within minutes I was going with him. He got me the best rate and provided the best service. This was the first time I bought a home and he spent as much time as I needed answering questions. We had a very short time frame to get the loan approved and he did it, all the while keeping me in the loop and telling me not to worry. Great broker and a great guy! Not just an agent!

I got Robert's name through a former coworker. The high praises she spoke of him did not even compare to who Robert really is. He grew up in the Atlanta area and knew which neighborhoods I should or should not consider being a single person. After the first time looking at houses he knew exactly what was important to me in a home. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. Robert never made me feel like a burden or pushed me into making a decision. Purchasing a home alone is difficult and Robert, with his patience and knowledge, made it a good experience. His years of experience in the industry are evident in his professionalism and his amazing negotiating skills. I do not see why anyone would use another agent. I miss spending Saturdays looking at houses with him but I must say I love the house I bought! Thanks for everything Robert, you are not just my agent, I consider you a friend.
