Good Job - John is Great

After tirelessly shopping around for a carpet cleaning company that cleans carpet using the Chem-Dry practice, I came across Brown's Chem-Dry. From the customer service call with Robin to the technician (John) that came out to clean the carpets, hands down, the service was excellent! I can honestly say that Brown's is one of the best Chem-Dry franchise around, and I know because of my experience with others. John was professional, early for the appointment, polite, dedicated, committed, and very hard working. It's always nice when you have the pleasure of being happy to do business with a company that values you. Good job!
