Went to another Dentist

I had the audacity to cancel a appointment for my children this winter because of illness and got a nasty letter in the mail saying that I should have been charged $80 for the cancellation and if I did it again they would charge me. When I canceled the woman never mentioned this and then was NOT ABLE to figure out how to reschedule my kids. When we do go they refused to let me go back with my toddler. They are "professional" which was actually extremely cold. They run an advertisement in their waiting room instead of tv. I prefer a doctor who is warm and really cares about my health and not her bottomline.

Wonderful Dentist

I couldn't believe how kind and patient Dr. Garmon and her staff were with my children. They allowed me to go back with my 4 year old, which is unusual I've found. They were AWESOME! Dr. Garmon spent more time with both my children than I've ever known a dentist to do with a routine cleaning patient. I highly recommend her practice.
