One of the Best

As a first time home buyer picking the right agent for you can be a daunting task. I worked with 1 agent that had lots of clients and a great resume, however it wasn't long before I realized she was not offering the best advice... I dumped her and got Kirsten. The difference was night and day. Kirsten understood my particular concerns and made them a priority to addressed and/or resolved. After collaborating and making a list of properties to view, we found my house on the first day we looked! I bought a foreclosed property and of course hit a few bumps along the way but with Kirsten I was able to get a great house well below fair market value with some great equity. She was always easy to contact and was constantly on top of other people to make sure they fulfilled their commitment to me. She even recommended a great home inspection company that sent an inspector who had once lived around the street and was able to give me information about the neighborhood and house I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. She also has an extensive knowledge about properties inside the perimeter (but not limited to that) which was a must-have for me. I would not hesitate to use Kirsten again and would strongly recommend her to others.

My inspector was Jeff Luther and while I'm sure the other inspectors are just as good, I'm glad I got him. He used to live in the neighborhood of the home I was having inspected and was more than willing to share his extensive knowledge of the history of the house including recent renovations. Besides that added bonus, his inspection was very comprehensive and took the time to answer every question I asked to my satisfaction. He is experienced with inspecting REO/foreclosed houses and offered much appreciated advice when asked. I even got a follow-up call from him the next day to make sure I didn't have anymore questions or concerns after the inspection had ended and I had a chance to mull over some of the issues he found. The call really surprised me, especially since Traci had told me he was off that day tending to immediate family matters! It should be noted however my positive experience with Home-Probe did not end with Jeff. Traci w/ Home-Probe was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating to my specific needs and appointment time changes. I really couldn't ask for anything else and am left scratching my head for anything to complain about - which is huge for me, because I can be particularly anal about how I spend my money and quick to question products and services. Home-Probe was recommended to me by my realtor and she didn't hesitate to mention that every other realtor she knows that has used them has never looked back continues to use and recommend them
