Reasonable, Honest & Highly Skilled

I called because 2 of our computers were having several issues that we could not fix on our own. We needed advice as to the best way to proceed. I was less than impressed with the first two places I called. Then I called ACRC. Mez Hamidi took our call and after a thorough phone assessment (no charge) he came over, arriving on time and getting to work immediately with dazzling speed & impressive efficiency, and without wasting a moment's time. Our laptop was fixed at a fraction of the time & cost we had imagined/feared, and while he was doing the work, we learned a lot from what he had to say relevant to our needs & computers in general. When I first called him to ask about the rate & services, he handled all my questions [and grilling!] expertly while being a step ahead the entire time, and willing/able to come over the same day to assess the situation and make the repairs onsite. It was a huge help not having to part with the laptop and wait for days or even hours to get it fixed.
