I selected Primacy Mortgage from the slew of available companies in Georgia for one reason: all the information I'd read in researching them said they provided a very personal, hands-on experience. Working with someone who was handling my mortgage directly and knew what was going on in the process was very important to me. What I found in Primacy was all that and more. I relied on Tara Ryan completely to keep things moving and to know not only her business but my specific process as well. She was paying attention & nailed the rate I wanted before it spiked. Excellent Catch on my inspection

Scott, I wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for the excellent work on the inspection of the property I just bought. You made an excellent catch with the thermal imaging of the circuit panel. The day I moved in some of the power had gone out to several outlets. Mindful of your report I checked the panel and sure enough the main line on the left was loose and starting to arc. I was able to repair it before it could become completely disconnected and arc against the panel and start a fire. Trust me when I say your diligence and thoroughness are greatly appreciated.
