Superb

I've been a very satisfied Holtkamp customer since 2007. I hired Holtkamp after a low-end "Dis-Comfortmaker" Heat Pump installed in a 1999 "Bowen-built" home and maintained by Stuart Mechanical (Buford) suffered enough failures to give it and Stuart the boot. I had already done my equipment/installer homework and had Holtkamp on my radar for years. I thought Holtkamp's pricing looked high at first, but I monitored it for the last three years of the DisComfortmaker's existence and found it to be not only very responsive to changes in the economy but also geared to taking care of its employees, so that they can take better care of us. Besides making an honest company an honest profit (it's a business, ya know), Holtkamp's pricing gets the customer superb equipment, rapid turn-around time on service calls, and the best-trained staff and technicians around (who stay with Holtkamp). I had Holtkamp rework ducting, install a efficient, quiet Trane unit/Aprilaire cleaner, and I have Holtkamp maintain it - quality equipment installed and maintained by outstanding people equals better quality of life (who'd a thunk it!).
