Positive, professional experience

My gutters were in terrible shape and I was dreading having them replaced, but I was very pleasantly surprised by my entire experience with Gutters Atlanta. As a single woman, I generally HATE dealing with contractors and repairmen because so often I get a pushy hard-sell and/or ripped off. Not with these folks! They were honest, friendly, and professional from start to finish. In the initial assessment of my gutter system, Eric was very upfront and honest, telling me that my downspouts were fine and didn't need to be replaced at all, and explaining to me the different options for gutter toppers and working within my price range. The actual work was done just a few days later by a top-notch crew; I was delighted with the results, and the crew also did a remarkable clean-up job when they were done. Phil called the next day to make sure I was satisfied, and only then did they request payment. The price was very reasonable (and was exactly what had been quoted to me at the assessment, no surprise add-ons), the work was first-rate, and the follow-up inspections and warranty guarantee is golden. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Gutters Atlanta to anyone. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
