Great Crew

With two HVAC units over 23 years old, I knew that I was on borrowed time, not to mention that I was running very inefficient systems. I decided to take advantage of the tax credit and replace both complete systems....2 furnaces and 2 A/C's. I only do business with established companies with good BBB and customer ratings...both of which Reliable has. Daniel arrived on time to provide the quote. He explained my options so that I would be able to take advantage of the tax credit and get systems I would be happy with. The guys on the crew arrived on the scheduled day just before 9 AM and finished around 5 PM. They were polite, friendly, hard-working and experienced. They took the time to explain what I needed to know about the systems (how to use the thermostats and replace the filters). You can tell by the company's responses to any problems reported on Kudzu that they work to maintain their reputation and I would have no problem recommending them without reservation.

Great service

I purchased tires here a few months ago. At the time, there was a rebate offer on the tires. The rebate was easily submitted online and I received the check as promised. Rotation is included in your tire purchase and I received a post card reminding me to have them rotated. The staff was very friendly, and when I told the employee I would be waiting next door in the Starbucks, he said "We'll bring your car to you." When the fellow in the Discount Tire uniform walked into Starbucks and handed me my keys, the folks at the next table remarked "now that is service!" ...and I agree!

Clearance and Discounts

DSW has a large selection, which is important to me because I have narrow feet and I am hard to fit. Unfortunately, they don't carry much in the actual narrow width, but they do carry brands that tend to run narrow, such as LifeStride and Liz Claiborne. There are always plenty of shoes at great discounts on the clearance racks in the back. Also, signing up for the free membership program is a MUST. It works on your phone number, so no cards to carry. I frequently get offers for free purses with purchases as low as $24.95 and $10 discount coupons. The best thing is that you can combine up to 3 coupons....so I recently used a $10 coupon with the purse coupon and only had to spend $15.95 to get the freebie! I find I head to DSW first whenever I need shoes.
