This place tries to make everyone into a blond. I guess so you will have more roots, maintenance, which means more money for them! This location is awful, it felt like an assembly line.... no personal attention! I will not go back.

SNOOTY

They never acknowledged my presence. In these tough economic times, you would think customer service would be a little higher..... not at this place. However they do have a nice selection of different things.

Hold the Mu Shu Attitude

It starts from the time you walk in the door, the manager doesn't even acknowledge your presence when you enter or exit. Some of the servers are nice and others are just short and snippy. The food is good and it is convenient, so I return. But they definitely treat Asian patrons differently.... better than non-Asians. Once I saw a woman fall on their premises, instead of helping her they called the police to handle it. I guess they only saw it as a potential insurance liability???

Great selections!

It may be pricey to some, but you pay for what you get. They have a wonderful selection of carpets from which to choose.

Fabulous yeast rolls!

They are so friendly here, when I walk in it feels like "old home week". They even help me with my oxygen tank on my way to the table. Fabulous yeast rolls!

DO NOT BUY FROM JIM ELLIS!!! Hershell Marshall head of customer service is a joke. This guy couldn't satisfy a customer if his life depended on it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

A slice of Italy

No pizza here, but a slice of Italy all the same. They serve complimentary bruschetta like many places in Italy do. Love their marsala anything! Also their house wines are a real bargain. You might want to skip dessert unless its the tiramisu. Service can seem frantic some busy nights, but worth the visit.

Best selection in town!

They have so many different lines and the staff really knows their business. I brought a photo in and a young lady immediately knew who manufactured it. The fixture was delivered to my home in no time. I was thoroughly satisfied with the level of service and the quality of Vinings Lighting. There are other places closer to me, where I could have shopped. This place is worth the drive for me.

Lacking customer service

I had to ask someone to help me and then the attitude of the young man turned me off so much... I left. This place has beautiful things, but the salesmen act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. What a shame for the owner.
