My HGTV Curb Appeal Renovation by Renewal

Fantastic company! Renewal did an incredible job on my house for an episode of HGTV’s new show “Curb Appeal The Block.” The work was done under very challenging weather conditions and a production schedule that defied all logic for their team, I am sure. On top of that, the team had to negotiate an extremely complicated set of facts about my house (stream buffer, flood zone, and easement) that must have been a complete nightmare for them to even get started on the project. Nonetheless, everything was done at the highest levels of quality and professionalism. Because this show was done on a TV production schedule and a tight budget, it is even more extraordinary to me the time and care they took on each detail. Because I work from home, I was able to personally observe the care and diligence their carpenters and crew members took in executing the design provided to them by the show. I feel so fortunate that they were chosen to put the design into place because I know that my family will be able to enjoy it for years to come and it will remain solidly in place and functional and beautiful. The carpenters were so diligent that frankly I feel like I could park my minivan on the front porch and it wouldn’t budge. The onsite project manager from Renewal, Lisa Manka, was fantastic and did a wonderful job testifying on my behalf at the variance hearing. No detail of this project was too small to get her full attention until it was perfect. Amazing group of people!

Wow! I had the great pleasure of having my front yard done by Pam and her crew at Plants when I was selected for a new episode of HGTV's new show "Curb Appeal The Block." Words don't describe how impressed I was with her dedication, creativity, and perfectionism in all that she and her crew created. Pam and her crew are extremely personable and professional on top of the amazing work they did. They persevered in terrible weather conditions to create a gorgeous softscape and major hardscape renovation, including use of eco-friendly pavers, two patios and a stairs to a sunken patio. The color and style of plants were perfect. Thank you Pam!
