Hi Chad, You just left me a voicemail about the repairs (exclusion and clean-up) at my home. Steven was the person in charge and I found him to be very good because he did what he said would be done (which is rare in this day and age). There were a few problems and some minor mishaps, but he had them taken care of right away. No excuses on his part. He showed up when he said he would and did what he said. Everything was complete as of last Saturday and so far so good. At this point I will say that I am very pleased with the service that your company provided. Thanks for checking in.
